Fascination Volcano - a journey to southern Italy and it's volcanoes
During more than 30 journeys to Mt. Etna and Stromboli, which are two of the most active volcanoes worldwide, we discovered the beauty of Sicily and the Aeolian archipelago. It began during university as professional interest, but soon it became a passion beyond scientific borders. Nowadays, we visit "our volcanoes" several times a year... "Fascination volcano" has been shown more than 50 times in the past 7 years. We start in the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius, Pompeii, Ercolano, and the Flegrean Fields. Thereafter, we take the ferry to the Aeolean Islands and visit Stromboli, Lipari, and Vulcano. Finally, we visit Sicily with the highest active volcano of Europe. The show comprises approx. 300 slides and presents landscapes, active volcanism, and the local population. We are permanently replacing "old" pictures by "new" ones after any eruption. We will start the presentation with a rough introduction into volcanology, the reasons and the consequences. The show last for approx. 90 minutes but we don't mind continuing to discuss...

Hiker's paradise Aeolian Islands
The Aeolian Islands north of Sicily are a paradise for everybody who is fascinated by nature: breathtaking landscapes and sceneries, 2 active volcanoes, great vegetation, scenic fishery villages, Mediterranean savoir-vivre simply ask you to hike, swim, and/or dream. Join us hiking on all 7 islands, to the active craters of Stromboli, along the steep cliffs of Panarea, through Sulphur gases on Vulcano, passing pumice quarries and obsidian Lava flows on Lipari, through vineyards and caper bushes on Salina, to the stone age villages on Filicudi or the most remote summit of the archipelago on Alicudi.

Colors, Fjords and Fountains - Iceland, the checkered islands
Iceland fascinates and attracts through its diversity. Boiling sulphurous pools at Myvatn, hot geysers in the "golden circle", steaming fountains in the interior - the volcanic origin is obvious anywhere. Open landscapes and colourful villages, huge glaciers and cascades make Iceland a unique place to travel to. Join us on our trip around Iceland, spotted with several trips to the interior and the Westmannaer Islands. We address the geological evolution and try to convince you to consider this a place you must go....

*Who are we ?*
	We, that's Florian "Fuoco" Becker and Ulrich "Gino" Kueppers, became friends during our study of geology at the university of Munich. Our interest in nature science, especially volcanology, made us travel to the Italian volcanic island Stromboli. Further journeys to whole southern Italy were to come, as active volcanoes and the beautiful landscape of the Eolean Islands became soon our passion. "A year without climbing Stromboli's summit is a bad year" the journalist Ulrike Bals from Hamburg wrote about us in the Süddeutsche Zeitung. Read the whole article here (site in german). Ulrich went into volcanology by writing his thesis about the japanese volcano Mt. Unzen at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich. Florian became an IT specialist and worked in Cologne for the last 4 years. But now he's moved back to beautiful Bavaria and founded the volcano travel agency Vulkankultour.
